Newcastle UniversityMBA programs (Business management programs) are offered by approximately 20 institutions in Australia with most MBA programs being offered by Australian universities.

Australian business schools in work closely with industry and government to ensure their curricula are up to date, relevant and useful. You can use our site to research the broad array of MBA programs available and find the program that suit your career requirements.

Australia has long been one of the most sough after study destinations for overseas students seeking quality higher education opportunities primarily because of the range of courses available, strong educational infrastructure, exceptional quality of life, and affordable cost of living.

Australian MBA’s are highly regarded

Australian degrees have excellent credibility in the international business sector especially in Asia. Combined with a safe environment and the relaxed Australian way of life have made Australia an excellent
option for students considering an MBA. Because of Australia’s geographical location being so close to
Asia, having an MBA that focuses on business in the region is essential. Especially so as the majority of trade is now undertaken with neighbouring Asian nations.

MBA’s in Australia have been designed for students who are keen to learn business and management skills
across a variety of disciplines. They have a particular focus on the practical application of the MBA
programs.

Most Australian Master of Business Administration programs encompass a focus on essential business
skills required for problem solving and troubleshooting in the business sector, the opportunity for students
to utilise their learning and across multiple disciplines in their chosen business area and the ability to
research courses outside the mainstream business programs including economics, industry dynamics, and
statistics.

Of course a good MBA program is not just about what you learn, it is also about the network you create
and with which you will engage with in your future career. Almost all large universities in Australia provide MBA programs that vary in length from 2 -5 years. Most MBA programs offer both full and part-time study options to domestic and international students.
